Serious ranked team, recruiting Top (Gold+)

Our schedule is day to day, we play whatever days we are able to, we will be taking place in tournaments as we go on and improve as a team we also plan on being able to climb through the ranks with 2 different teams, a synergy building team, and a elo climb team. We as a mature group would like you to also be able to give, and receive criticism not to be offensive, but to improve individual game play This part must be filled out to your greatest extent please
