Looking to Create a Group/Organization/Team!!

Who I Am?

Hello, my name is ApocalypseHero4 in game and it's Richard in real life. Now, even though my rank is really low, do not let that discourage you. Currently, I am only in Bronze 4 but this is not the only account that I have played on over the years and I hardly play ranked on this account but plan to begin playing again soon to climb my way out. I had accounts in Season 1, 2, 3, 4 and all the way up to 5. Then I quit for a while and have recently came back. The highest rank I ever achieved was Plat 2 and that was in season 5. If you have any specific questions for me, then feel free to ask and I will answer soon as possible.

Idea Behind Organization/Team I am not looking to build a pro team or a team that only plays ranked together. In fact, this team will not be focused on playing ranked at all. Instead, this team/organization will be looking to play against other teams and scrims and normals and ranked. I am looking to build a small community where members can grow together as a family and learn to play league of legends in a safe, not so competitive or frustrating environment. I want the community to be a place for new players to come and learn from higher elo, more experienced players. That way new players have a place where they can come, hang out, learn, build friendships and most importantly improve at league of legends. Reason I hate seeing new players getting frustrated, asking for help and not getting it and then ending up either quitting or never really getting any better because no one is willing to help. I feel that more experienced higher elo players should help new players to learn, so that the entire League Community continues to grow, become closer as a community and the level of competition will constantly get better. If we aren't willing to help each other then more frustration, arguing and such will continue happening making the community more toxic then it already is. Also, how can competition get any better if no one is learning or progressing and bringing new competition into the community...that's right it can't. So I am here to help bring the community together, help new players learn without having to pay for coaching or some expensive site and to just overall help the league community grow.
