Looking for help dou or coach

Trying to get out of bronze but because i played ranked when i was still new to the game because i boosted my account by buying double exp i wanted to jump right into ranked because i thought i was good. Well that isn't the case anymore now that im better at the game mostly in the jungle and mid i can't climb out because i have people leaving or trollers and its hard for me to carry all by myself ive tried everything from split pushing to stealing baron or drags and its not working please help
