I would like for you to contact me through the game or on Skype so we could talk. I would feel more comfortable discussing it through voice communications as I feel it would be more professional. As to some information about me, here it is:

IGN: RG Frenchie

What you will bring to the team as a manager: I bring in experience and organisation. I have played and managed in a couple of serious teams and know how things work in terms of scrims and organizing practice times. I use spreadsheets to compile data, information and as a hub where players can go to to inform themselves of upcoming scrims, practicing, general inquiries. I use various tools to help me do a better job and is why I would like to discuss through Skype to use the screenshare feature and show you how things work with my spreadsheets.

I am a very friendly guy and I strongly believe that a manager must have a good relationship with its colleagues to create a proactive and healthy environment in which the team can safely expand and grow. In that way of operating, I like to be open to other players and am a transparent guy in terms of sharing moments and having fun. I like to fool around and socialize in or out of league playing various games.

If I were to be manager of this team, it would be an advantage to you as I bring a lot of knowledge about the game in general since I can adopt the mindset of the player to understand his needs and adapt my work to it. I am also very understanding of IRL matters and problems and can be a huge support in dealing with them if the players ever feel comfortable enough to talk to me about it.

Qualified experience (weather real life or eSports): I have managed a very successful Tim-Hortons (Canadian equivalent of Dunkin Donuts) and managed personnel during my work shifts. I can deal with responsibilities and tasks given to me by my superiors.

In terms of eSports experience, I have played and managed on 2 high tier amateur teams that both respectively lasted 8 and 6 months before we had to disband. Fortunately, everything ended in good terms (someone had to leave for college) as everyone was losing some time to play and we were more focused on our finals at school which is fine in my opinion.

Availability: I am available mostly at all times as you can contact me on my phone, facebook, skype, etc. On league, I will be on every week night after 4-5 PM EST and on weekends it depends on my work schedule.

Time Zone(for coordination purposes only): EST

Any Connections to help for the team(not Necessary but if you have some it would be welcomed): I know a lot of people in amateur teams (gold-plat teams) and a few diamond guys that I could get in contact with to set up a scriming partnership. As of tournaments, I know some communities that host very good tournaments!

Able to use TeamSpeak(to let the team know information): Yes

And what you want out of a team:

What I am mostly looking for is dedication. I will have a hard time trying to get a team to a certain level if the players don't really care or don't care enough to take the time focus on what needs to be done in order to improve on an individual level and as a team. Depending on the objectives of every player, I would like to see as much improvement as possible.

I also want a team that can have fun and laugh together. Being in a serious and stressful environment can be harmful to a team and it is unhealthy to not have fun from time to time.

For any further questions you can add me in game RG Frenchie or contact me through e-mail at [email protected].

Thank you for your time and I hope we can come to an agreement.
