Looking for a friendly club for noobs

Hey, everyone! I've been playing League for a while now but would love to join a club that is friendly and help a guy like me become a better player. I'm primarily a Top laner without a real secondary role as I've been trying to find a good one to do excel in. Have been doing okay as Support but again, tired of playing ranked games with random players that ruin everything by being negative and not willing to genuinely help.
