Silver V Support LF Team for Next Year

Introduction to myself: Hello everyone, i'm Jeff (Mr Sarcasm) and i'm 22 years old. I'm a Silver tier Support main who only excels in the bottom lane. I made it to Silver 5 this season supporting and hopefully even higher next season. I mainly play early in the mornings (7:30am - 2pm CST) I'm looking for a team to play / practice with to better my game for next season. I'm 100% open to criticism and i take it very well. (I have a Plat adc I play with who tries to help me up my game)
