Gold V ADC/Sup looking for a semi-serious team

am looking for a team to play with, that is semi-serious, i do have communication to be able to talk with the team, and i do love to take constructive criticism to become a better player

my champ pools are:

ADC- Jinx and Graves (are my better picks, but i put the most into jinx and am best with her), Corki, Trist, Cait (can play decently with but still needs work)

Sup- Leona, Blitz, Thresh (am better with these supports), Sona, Morgana (can play but needs more work on)

also i can jung a little, it's not my best role but i do mess around on it for fun, i normally play Sej for that role

add me in game and we can play a couple SN: Zhozen Raitingu
