Looking for Plat ADC

Hi, this is real simple. I need an ADC who is good in lane phase. I very often find that if my ADC can handle themselves in lane phase, we win the game late. I don't deal with toxic. At all, I am looking for someone long term and want to get to diamond. Ive been support main since season 3.
