(formerly) Plat 1 player looking for late night ranked 5's team

Hello! I am looking to join a ranked 5's team of any rank. I am best at support, but I can also play mid and adc fairly well. I am currently platinum 5 and was formerly in platinum 1, and the reason for this drop is due to a 2 month break I took not too long ago (I was demoted to plat 3, took a break and LP decay had put me back at plat 5). I am available every night sometime after midnight (pacific time) so a team that is full of night owls such as myself is ideal. My top 3 support champions are Annie, Velkoz, and Thresh. My top 3 mid champions are Ziggs, Cassiopeia, and Annie. My top 3 adc champions are Jinx, Ashe, and Draven.
