New Upcoming eSports Team looking for Players!

Hi im captain Javier i am forming a New eSports team that is currently under construction we will have sponsors and our own website coming soon! we are currently talking to sponsors as well to promote and help the team get known and spread the word. We welcome Gold elo players to tryout for the team but we strongly suggest having Platinum to Challenger players. here is our processes into our recruiting: 1] you must be the age of 17 and up 2] we look at your gaming skill in league of legends if you pass that you will be shortly interviewed. 3] if you made it this far you will be placed in one of four or two teams that will compete for the chance to represent the eSports club in a 4 to 2 team(depending on how many participants) tournament(BOF3). note the teams will be selected by us based on who we want to see play in a certain team to test synergy of who we believe would work well together. (tournament will be possibly streamed as well) 4] we will be looking for subs so dont be discouraged if you lose in the tournament if your skill was great enough trust me we will notice it and call you in for a second interview. 5]GLHF

Why you are interested in joining: I've been feeling the desire to push myself in a team environment, and while solo queue is important it can be nice to have other ways to improve without the toxicity.

Why should we choose you?: I've had years of experience playing this game as well as experience playing in tournaments with my own ranked 5s team that unfortunately disbanded. I've also had plenty of experience theory crafting team comps and experimenting with off-meta picks.

Are you able to shotcall?: Yes, I was the previous shotcaller for my aforementioned 5s team, we placed 1st-3rd on a regular basis in online tournaments. (Have the Ryze skin to prove it)

Are you willing to learn new champs to fit our comps?: Absolutely, though I already have a general grasp on most champions, so practicing them wouldn't be too harsh.

What can you bring to this team? Experienced shotcalling, experienced in a variety of match-ups, and a calm and collected point of view, very unlikely to tilt.

Comments if you have any: I also play Mid lane as a secondary role with my champion pool being very large, ~10 champions I can play at a consistent level.

Because I'm aspiring to improve and I feel ranked 5s is the best display of skill league of legends has to offer. Why should you chose me? Because I practice all the time and am devoted to improving my support play. I practice at least 4 times a week for 8+ hours a night due to working a job in which I can play at work. Am I able to shot call? Yes but I prefer to not be the primary shot caller at least during early lane phase. Am I willing to learn new champs for comps? Absolutely my champ pool is already acceptionally large. If a champ is needed I will spam it. What can I bring to the team? I have a decent understanding of how to play 5s. I have played in local tournaments and my teams have always finished in the top- first. I am a calm player with no tendency to flame or rage. I play league very regularly and will devote as much time as I need to provide the utility and skill my team requires. I am very good at champ select and drafting in 5s. Skype: yes.
