3v3 blind pick partner

looking for a 3v3 blind pick partner so I can practice Ka'Sai -- preferably someone who will play a tank or at least someone with CC.

every normal gave i've played (except i think 1 or two) has had a teemo on it and I've lost. lol. no one plays for team comp in threes they just pick garbage. looking for someone who will actually play team comp-ish and not just pick "whatever is fun"
