Looking to build a gold+ Team

I was recently pondering on the idea on making a fun chill laid back team, with flexible hours but with the intent in climbing ranked 5s. Would be cool to recruit summoners who play a diverse champ pool and wont complain when they are losing in lane and such. We will come up with a schedule to suit all of us and remember this team will be created to rank up but to have fun while doing it....my ingame name is galliantX.
