I love how all the team posts on her are Silver3+. A huge population of league players are below that standard meaning youre gonna wait for a while to make a tems, its better that have 5 friends play and climb together than to try and make a new team that's not established

It's because if they queue with people who are lower, they will lose more mmr and gain less. Also you can only queue with people +/- 1 tier.
