Diamond ADC Making Team

Hey guys my name is Mason (IGN: May Sin) and im a d5 ADC main looking to create a team. I already have some friends that I play teams with weekly but I'm looking to create my own A Team and B team. I would prefer you to be at least silver for B team and Plat for A team. My plan for "tryouts" is to have all players do 5v5 custom matches and see who really is the better player regardless of rank. If you are a silver 3 player beating plat 3's regularly I will still consider you. After we have the teams created I would like to hold practices daily and compete in tournaments on weekends so please be ready to play regularly. Of course we will try to accommodate to everyone's time zones and life schedules. I am not and I repeat AM NOT trying to get into lcs with this team. I just love Ranked teams and think it is the best way to improve and have fun because everyone gets tired of solo q. Lastly I will being considering everyone's attitude when choosing the teams. You might be diamond but if you are toxic I will choose the gold player over you. I will not tolerate toxic behavior, we already deal with that enough in solo q. Im hoping to get these so called "tryouts" by this friday.
