Ten Second Magicians (Silver+ Team)(3's and 5's)

Hey guys, I just started my own ranked team called "Ten Second Magicians"! I'm looking for other silvers or higher that want to play not only with the intention to have fun but to learn how to play better with a group of people. I'm a firm believer that blaming others for a failed game is what causes "Elo Hell" and the solution to this problem is to find out what "I" did wrong and resolve to fix it. We can learn how each one of us plays and create a unique playing style based off of it. I want to start with 3's until we can fill out a full roster. When we can get a full team we will gradually get into the competitive style. Unfortunately I wont accept just anyone into the team. I will only accept people who I see fit for the team.
