Top Laner Looking for 5's Team (Platinum Solo LF Bronze/Silver 5's)

Haven't done much teams. My play-style is very focused on myself and I like to lead and let others follow. I take risks. This style doesn't suit all champions, but I pick champions that the style suits. (Hint: ) Looking to start on a Bronze or Silver team and develop my team-play.
