I have been wanting to start a ranked 5's team for a very long time. I intend to start from the very beginning. We will Do a lot of things as a team such as game reviews ,talk strategy and possible comps, and also have fun getting victory after victory and if you won't be fully committed please don't bother filling out the form, If you don't want to get constructive criticism or you intend to rage don't intend to fill this form out. We will grow together and we will lose together but most of all We will obtain and meet ever goal together.

G5 Highest solo G3 in S4.

Malignant Vemira currently leveling up Master Vemira missing champs and runes lol, so add that one.

Often, at all times of day, would make time for serious ranked team.

Best to worst~ Jungle, Top/Mid, Support, ADC. Generally play Fighter/Assassin style champs and builds.

I have all voice apps, fyi, I have 20k~ matches in league over 6 accounts, I generally play off meta in yolo que, but am better than my mmr would let off easily : /.
