Looking for someone to help me out of gold

Started the season in silver 2 and got to gold 5 in less than a week, but for some reason am stuck. Just need some help to get better, not looking to pay just someone who enjoys watching and helping people play and get better. I know some of my problems, just looking for someone to give me clear definitive answers. Thanks add me
