Looking for a support who will support me

A lux who lands her snares, a leona who doesn't engage without letting anybody know/doesn't wait for the go, a soraka who will spam that heal for me and land the area hits, a sona that harasses the enemy until they wish to weep, etc. On a 6 win streak, looking to keep it going as my duos are in other games.
