Ranked Fives team with practices and competitions

I am a silver 3 AD Carry main that formerly was captain of a collegiate team that had success until a lack of commitment and players, so am looking to start another team of dedicated players to participate in Go4LoL and other open tournaments. I have a large knowledge base when it comes to the game and competitive play and have great success in a ranked fives situation. I am not good at solo queue, but am easily capable of leading a ranked fives team to and past gold as I have done before.
