Silver 1 Jungler LF Ranked 5's Team!

Hey Summoners, I'm a Silver 1 Jungler trying to find a team to play with in Ranked 5's. Recently I have switched back from playing on LAN (Cause I'm East Coast) and I am interested in trying out the Teamplay side.

My Favorite Champions to play are: Lee Sin Ekko Vi Sejuani Nidalee

I also feel I can play Rek'Sai, Rengar, Evelynn, Nunu, Jarvan, and Gragas at a Decent Level.
