OG Retribution(Plat+) LF Serious Coach

Hi my name is Akon and I am the adc for OG Retribution. We are currently looking for a serious coach that can show up to all our practices and help us improve not only individually but also as a team. We are looking to improve and in order to do that we feel that we need an outside perspective that can perhaps see a mistake made, whether it's as an individual or as a team. All of us can accept constructive criticism so don't be afraid to tell us what we did wrong. We're all plat-diamond players and expect the coach to be at that level if not higher. Our schedule is updated every Sunday and usually is Mondays-Fridays in between 7:30pm and 11pm CST.We're also in an amatuer LCS style league that spans over 10 weeks with 3 weeks of playoffs afterwards. The matches for the league are on Saturday and Sunday nights and are bo2's. We also use Discord as our source of communication.
