LF Diamond+ Players for R'5S ( need all but support)

Hi my name is HyPPeR and I have decided that I want to make a serious 5's team again. I am only looking for Diamond+ players with motivation and desire to push challenger. As of right now I am looking to find players that have an open schedule and can play daily and for multiple hours. I plan to find a coach/manager if all goes well and maybe an organization to represent in the future. A bit about myself - I am 18 and currently taking a break from school to see if I have what it takes to make something of this game. I play league for about 8+hours a day. I have all the motivation in the world to try and be the best and have a positive attitude when winning or losing. i don't expect this team to be built in 1 day but I do have plenty of experience with running teams. As for ingame play I like to shotcall and I am really talkative throughout games just my personality. I'm really outgoing and express my opinions in and out of game.
