Assembling a Dynamic Que squad of 3-5 players

Hi im Nick and my friend and I have been having some trouble climbing back to platinum this season. We both went 4-6 in promos and got placed in silver3 but since then have climbed up to gold3. We want to get back our plat rank and strive for higher. We have decided to add some more people to our Dynamic que in hopes to make climbing a little easier and a little bit more fun. We are looking for people in our same shoes or newcomers that are climbing the ranks. I am specifically looking for people that are dedicated to making themselves better at league of legends. This will be an ongoing process so people can leave and join as they like no strings attached. If you are not accepted and do not understand why I would be glad to help sort things out. If you are interested their are a couple of things you must have.

Teamspeak 3 Age of 16+ Rank of g5+ If you are a inhibitor to other teammates or the game you are out immediately (no second chances) Alright so if you are interested give me your league usernames here, do not add me please. (I like to do stat checks first.)
