Looking for an ADC in Gold pref.

I'm currently the coach for an organization called Desperado Esports. We host a group of teams and one of them is currently looking for an ADC. This team practices at night from 6 to 11 EST on weekdays, future tournament hopefully in our future. We have a dedicated team of players who come and show up everyday and a dedicated coach who is there for every game and helps us through our strategy and macro play. Individual practices happen as well since we are all still learning. Looking for a dedicated and mature ADC. There will be a small interview and tryouts over the next 2 days. Tryouts will be a few games per person some in which you will lead the bot lane, and some when you will let the support lead you. Not looking for the most talented person just the people who are mature, come to learn, and dedicated. From those 3 things we will then decide based off of game play.
