PLEASE! Looking for team that actually practices on a set schedule and doesn't flake out!!!!

I'm only currently Gold 5 on this account but I've been Plat 1 in the past. I'd say I'm probably just a Gold 5 elo player right now because I switched to top lane. Please, I'm a dedicated player who is easygoing. I will play any role. I'm just looking for a team that actually practices together on a set schedule.
