Creating A Semi Serious/Fun Ranked Team

Hey I've been looking to be on an active ranked team for some time now and every team I join just seems to get disbanded or people just disappear/argue and don't work well together. So I've decided to make a team where all are welcome and I need all roles except top (I'm gonna go top). We will be a serious team for the most part but in the end its all just to have fun and get those season rewards am I right? We will try to play daily games and we will find a time that works for everyone (My timezone is east cost standard time). Also some way of voice communication will be necessary (probably curse voice) so keep that in mind. So if you are interested in joining just respond with your main role (or two) and ill add you :)
