gold mid looking for coach/duo

I main mid, been gold for 2 and a half seasons or so now. I need help to learn how to win more games, i lose a lot of the close games that are winnable, and there are a lot of times lately that i just don't know what i need to do to win, and i feel like if i had someone to show me some things that help to win in weird situations that i would improve my play by a lot. any help is appreciated.
