Plat+ dynamic players dynamic Q all roles CLUB? ...

I was d5-d3 last season, currently plat 2 main ADC. I'm looking for dynamic players to make ranked a more enjoyable and controlled environment. My goal is to gather as many players as possible and create a club community to gather potent dynamic Q partners on the spot and maybe forming complete teams.

Just add me in game. I don't plan to mass recruit, I want to make something enjoyable.

Requirements:

Plat 3+ small exceptions could be made

Ability to think: No more triple assassins ZERO CC teams or tunneling on enemies instead of looking for objectives.

A decent champion pool (I'm not very interested in 1 trick ponies)

Be enjoyable

Accept criticism/accept your faults/ability to improve and reflect on oneself

No voice chat arguments (they tend to be slightly more emotional)

Avoid blame game

Curse voice and a mic

I won't waste time trying to reason with unreasonable players. So far I've got nothing to offer but hit me up if you want to duo/premade.
