P4 Looking for competitive team to grow and learn with

Hello all, I'm looking to find a team / other players that I can improve with, I have a lot of flaws I would like to work on as well as finding a main role and sticking with it, but also learning that role and mastering it the best way I can.

The highest I ever placed was Platinum 2 in season four, I've only mained two roles (AD/MID) which I'm mediocre at and definitely could use a lot more practice and training.

My time is limited but can be worked with, I am a father and I do work a full time job.

I could practice between the hours of "6pm - 10pm" Eastern, could go longer if needed but that's debatable.

I'm free all most every weekend unless something comes up.

I'm open to learn and play other roles but will need training and guidance, I want to climb and excel in this game because I've only gotten to platinum by mechanics and those are starting to become tragic since I've lost the drive to even play the game at a decent level.

I can use any voice chat programs and would really love the chance to join or tryout for a team regardless of what role it may be.
