LF COMPETENT DUO PARTNER

Ive been playing this game for about a year now and have a good idea of how to end games quickly in solo queue. I finished my first season in Silver 5. This season, I have made it up to the top of Silver 4 and I am having a very tough time with random team mates that just refuse to coordinate with both myself as well as each other. If I didnt know better, I would think these players are trolling and trying to lose on purpose out of spite based on some of the things I have seen them do. I started implementing dodge tactics for really bad looking situations but I hate having to dodge games based on a gamble and I will only do it if every single player on my team chooses a champ that they have less than a 50% win rate or no history on.

I created a second account (this one) and placed in Silver 2 right out of placement matches. My mmr is around 1400 right now. I main top and secondary jungle. My champ pool for solo queue looks like this..
