That'll kinda defeat the purpose. Even if you managed to convince a higher elo player to help you, it won't matter in the long run. Let's say they carry you to plat or something but you don't have the experience or the mechanics to survive in plat you'll just fall right back down into the elo you were in.

Just keep practicing and learning, maybe have a higher elo friend watch some of your replays to help point out your mistakes. It's what I'd do.
