LF ADC for ranked 5 830-1130pst daily

Roles im looking for and times we play Hi, I'm looking for a adc. We meet 830-1130 pm pst almost every night and I am trying to find someone who are consistently on at this time. We sometime play during the day but that is rare due to peoples work schedules. I know that rl takes priority however would like a pm if you cant show up... I leave my league on most of the day even if I'm not there (this is so we don't end up waiting for people who wont show anyways). I notify people periodically about practice times and any changes that happen with our team. We currently don't have a shot caller so well be figuring out who this is as we play so people who would like to shot call pls let me know.

Type of people I’m looking for I am looking for people who have a desire to improve and are willing to put time into the group. Good behavior is a must although being critical about what people do is fine however never blame another for a losing a game. After each game we will have a discussion on what we can improve on both individually and as a group. Most important we are here to have fun.
