alright i want to create a ranked team

i want this team to not necessarily be the best but to grow as a team and as individuals. im not gonna be strict on like oh this our practice time you have to be there, i understand shit happens. id prefer you to be on when the teams on so we can play and build up some synergy. i wanna be able to communicate with skype or curse. IGN: D4rKXLightning Role: ADC/Top but flexible. Curse/Skype: Curse Pref Time Zone: CST Top 3 (ADC and Top): Draven, Sivir, Vayne, Urgot (Top), Rumble, Wukong. (Experienced with many ADC's) Strengths: Objectives. I usually know when its a good time to take Dragon/Baron and when to just push down a turret. I know how much damage my champs can do when I engage with them and USUALLY know how much damage my opponents can do. I can't single out any one area to improve in but I can always improve. Went to the Semifinals of a tournament playing against Diamonds with a team like what you have in mind. Overall good team player, and deadly on most ADs.
