Building Gold Team for LCS Style Tournament

Hello, I am looking to build a Gold team from scratch. The team name is Intervention Gaming and I used to play on it with friends but we have all outgrown it. For communication we use discord.

We need Top/Jungle/Mid/ADC/Support. If you are interested if playing in one of these roles you most be Gold 1- Gold 5. You must have a positive attitude and be willing to listen to coaches and teammates. The team will start practicing during the summer time so you have to be free for a lot of the summer. Practice times will be made once we have a full roster. You must also be willing to dynamic queue with the team. This is practice for tournaments and LCS type continuing tournaments. We also need a Head Coach and Two Analysts.

Coaches responsibilities would to be sitting through pick and bans and spectate them during practice hours. You will lay out team comps and work on helping to build synergy between the players.

Now we also need analysts. Analysts would help players out with any in game problems. They will also work with the coach on champion select. They will also put stats from each game on a Spreadsheet.

My role on the team will be the owner and manager. I will work with our staff to make sure you have a good team environment and that everyone is performing at their best ability. I will work on finding tournaments and set up schedules for the team. I may help coach if we cannot find a head coach in time, and I will step in if things are going very badly at anytime.
