Looking for Discord Community Manager - Streamer Base Community with 30+ Members Already

I have a Discord server that has a lot of members for a random server and would to turn it into an actually community base around my stream theme Club panD3MONium. Would like someone with experience but will also take someone without experience if they have great ideas. If the manager can keep an active community with my streamer fan base and generate consistent viewers / subs then royalities will be paid base on how much revenue the stream can produce. Contact me in game (panD3MONium) and we'll talk it over in Discord.
