Bronze player team building to reach for the stars. Slowly but surely

Requirements:

• Positive people. First and foremost, if you have played for a while you know how toxic league can be. I am not looking for already talented players who look for glory and selfish bouts of awesomeness that will blame a team member at the slightest mistake at the cost of teamwork.
• Open minded people with patience who want to improve and get into strategic gaming.
• +18, Well I swear a lot and I don't wanna offend anyone and sometimes having some crude jokes for morale is good.
• Will be able to use curse or Skype. Its hard to type the strategy out especially in a situation where the initial plan can switch on the fly. Flexibility on the battlefield is essential and verbal communications enable that flexibility.

I want people who will work together and will forgive the mistakes of others which will provide room for** growth**. I can handle a bad player as long as he/she is willing to take advice and incorporate it into their game. And I can take a loss from a team that just plays better. However, I refuse to take a loss that was caused by infighting within the team.
