Your better off trying to improve on your own. All this will accomplish is you getting shit on from versing higher elo players until your mmr drops right back to were you are now. In which case... what is the point? I started in bronze 3 at the end of season 5 and it has taken me until now to reach diamond only playing support with no duo.

I started playing league this season and getting closer to Plat without smurfs... I think you should do the same
