Recruiting team through preseason 2015
Pre note: I am not restricting anyone based on their league.
Hey everyone, I am looking for active players that are available throughout the week. As you all well know it is the preseason and what better time than now to get a group of people together to make a team to transition into next years season. I am looking for anyone with a positive attitude and a willingness to cooperate and grow in skill, if you're in a lower league I plan to have help time set aside for those who need to work on things. I would prefer times to be in central or eastern unless you can be on during the times everyone else is on. We use Teamspeak if you're not with that we can compromise with skype but TS is our preferred application for voice.
My overall goal is to create a group that is friendly and can grow together as friends including but not limited to league. I currently have no schedule as this will be a fresh group but we won't kick you out if you aren't active for a week due to life stuff. Bad manners, harassment, wrong attitude, etc. to any of your teammates or enemy team is frowned upon we don't want to breed hostility and toxicity in the community or within the group. We will let you know but if it continues we will reconsider.
Also, we play cod AW if you have that we can screw around there too if we don't feel like league.
I would prefer everyone to be proficient in at least 2 roles and have a few champions for each. Flexibility and diversity is conducive to success. The more the better.
