i need help carrying and i have a huge diverse pool, i love roaming and doing whatever i can to win.

Hi there, I'm currently plat 1 0lp, I play top lane and I main riven. I have 60 games on her with a kda of 4.56:1(80%win rate) I often dominate my lane and come out 50 cs ahead with a 4-5 kill lead. I can roam around the map but I figure it would be much easier if I have a mid or jg who can also roam around with me and perferably a mid who can win their lane hard. So that way we can shut down 2 of their 5 members making winning much much easier.
