Looking for Ranked Team, or Duo Partner

I'm currently Silver II, trying to make it to Gold. I'm willing to join both a team or get serious with a duo partner.

I main Mid ( best champs ) and also play adc and support.

If joining a team, I'd like to play mid. If playing with a partner, I'd like them to play any role but mid, and preferably be able to play either role bot. (adc,support) MUST HAVE MIC

I am very positive and never give up. I gank when I see the opportunity and I have an eye for timers. I always believe there is room for improvement and I'm very accepting to positive criticism. Oh, and wards wards wards. Game aside, I believe I'm a fun person to be around and once I know everyone's place I'll start crackin' jokes.
