Creating serious ranked 5's silver-gold team

Looking to make a serious silver to gold team. higher than gold is welcome haha, no lower than silver. Looking for people who are on all the time and can practice a lot, times will be discussed with final team. I don't want a team who will disband after 2 losses I want to find a team who will stay and get better as a team. After every game win or loose we will talk about what we did wrong who did what and how it could of gone better, so if you cant take criticism don't apply. Although I am looking for laid back players looking to have fun as we practice and win. All roles are open but support. Please fill this out then add me in game @ speratic. Must fill it out.

Strong listening skills, map awareness, ward awareness CS ~= > 100 25min+ I want to be on the team because I take ranked play serious. I feel I am better than where I was placed, especially after finishing silver 1 season 4.

Weaknesses: I don't really talk, but I ping a lot when needed, sometimes when I focus on a kill my awareness suffers. Weaknesses: Sometime struggle at ganking, like i will waste some time trying to gank a lane instead of being somewhere else, Im working on it.

Top 5 Jungles: JarvanIV , , Rengar , LeeSin , Tie between Zac , Sejuani , Amumu (I have a large champion pool in this position)

Top 5 Mids: TwistedFate , Katarina , Lissandra , Cassiopeia , Zed

Season 4 Rank peaked Gold 3, placed B1 this season and currently S3 and climbing.

Strengths: Strong mechanically due to champion pool. Usually great vision coverage. High cs count. Strong at roaming and helping the jungler due to my roles and Tf play. Usually high objective control while often making picks with my use of vision. Can effectively change the flow of teamfights. Can easily snowball a lead with any champion.

Weaknesses: Have a hard time reacting to split pushing, can at times get caught in attempts to gain vision for the team, can gain a toxic mentality when people continuously refuse to listen, but hardly ever if at all, express it, when in teamfights at times I can't decide as to how I want to position versus certain opposing team compositions, also tend to get annoyed by those who joined any later than S3 just because they usually don't understand the mechanics of every champion. Although I am far from toxic I can get easily frustrated within my own head(if that makes sense :P)

Why?: Because I feel if I can improve with a team that communicates and works together I can improve as a player in solo queue, and I trust we would all be capable of playing higher elo in the case that we do work together. I Garen tee it

Strengths: im very versatile, i can play many different champions in many different roles, all very well, im laid back and easy going, i know what need to be done to win, i can easily measure our team vs enemy team, based on champion composition, good map awareness

Weaknesses: im cocky as fuck, i dive only when i know our team can win at any moment without thinking, im sure theres more

i want a team, plain and simple, im tired of playing alone and eaither getting fucked over by teammates, or having to carry the fuck out of every ranked game i get into by myself, not saying im always at the top of my game, but this IS a teamgame and solo players dont realize that

Spend so much time playing it and got all my friends addicted to it. Unfortunately none of them are close to my skill level so I'm left thirsting for a team near my skill level to play with. Weaknesses: I have played since the off-season between season 1 and 2 but last season I took a pretty big break from league and a lot of stuff has changed still learning some of the new stuff but adc role is pretty much the same besides builds and new champions. Why do you want to be on the team?: Same as you looking for a group of players to get better with and that will make the game more enjoyable.
