looking for people

Looking for a community that cares more about quality then quantity. Looking for one that when you join in their discord there isn't over 500 people but no one in any of the channels. would lie, to find a smaller or newer community that is focused on people playing together and meeting new people and finding people to play ranked with. I am in bronze so also looking for one that doesn't judge me. would prefer a community that uses in game clubs. and would prefer one more focus on lol then one that just takes every game and out of the whole server only 3 people actually play lol.
