Creating a club for all ranks! and future team

i find that sometimes the social aspect of league is always iffy, finding people to play with is not as simple as other games because of the lack of voice chat, i want to make a club of all ranks, preferably non-toxic players who will just mess around in normals, ranked w/e you want, and the purpose is to hopefully introduce others to some potential longterm duos and friendships and hopefully a team in the future, anyone interested add me in game IGN: Cøndemñ
