Wanting all bronze ranks B1-B5 for draft team

Me and my friend want to have a draft team, I am silver 5 and my friend is bronze 4 we would like anyone within that rank range PLEASE no higher or lower. Also please have a microphone to communicate and please no ranks any higher than silver 5.
