Girl power? or chilled players?

PLEASE READ FULL POST BEFORE YOU ADD. I hate saying like this but I cant think of another way I am a female gamer, I main support and tired of playing with selfish pigs who don't understand warding, objectives, team strategy, communication.(curse , I have skype just don't like to use it for lagging reasons) I don't want to sound mean but I am also tired of playing with raging troll kids who have major issues and if they are having a bad game they want to surrender at 20. I don't like giving up. I am over 21 and looking for people around this age group even older. I think it would be fun to play with other decent females. but if your not female that's fine. I play everyday daily , on est time zone.also a relaxed kind player, I have been playing for 3 years so I know what I would like to improve and enjoy learning new things. This is my sec account. I want to get into ranked with this account but I also just enjoy playing norms/other don't like solo que much, I rather play with a fun group/team stress free. (not really looking to duo.)
