Plat 5 looking for a competitive team. Mid/ADC/JG

I'm a Plat 5 League of Legends player looking to join a Plat and above ranked 5's team. Here's a little bit about myself:

Strengths: Farming, harassing the enemy team, cooperation and communication in a team based environment. Weaknesses: Ganks, LeBlanc Availability (Schedule): Mostly available in afternoons/evenings throughout the whole week. Past Experiences: Playing on semi-pro teams for games from the COD franchise.
