Looking for a ranked team to join and climb the ranked ladder. (Currently bronze 3)

I have found a lot of troubles of of playing ranked on my own. For one I make everything more stressful and more irritating when I play on my own. Second of all, I would really like to get on team where there is a practice schedule and team meetings and whatnot. My preferred roles are in the order of Jungle=Mid>Top=Adc>Support.
