LOOKING FOR TEAMS PICKING UP PLAYERS/ START A TEAM (STRAT CALLER/BOT AND TOP LANER)

I'm 14 looking for a team to pick me up, been playing league for a while and can play any role preferably some where in the bot lane or in the top lane. I have a lot of game knowledge and have made things such as team comps, basic strategies, and can shot call in a game. Some of my cons are that my mechanics aren't the best but I am improving, my champion pool for certain roles is somewhat limited in support and top lane, and I was placed in Bronze 1 and have been trying to carry myself out. my schedule if flexible and can scrim up to 2-3 series a day 12-9 PST.
