looking for an adc that can help me escape from bronze hell

i play raka, sona and janna, i would prefer people who are not toxic and i prefer people who can help me get better at league so constructive critique would be helpful. I just want to reach my season goal of gold one so if you could help me get better as a player that would be much appreciated
